Prepare vegan pizza dough yourself
For the vegan pizza dough you need the following ingredients:
• 640g wholegrain flour
• 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
• 500ml lukewarm water
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• a pinch of salt
In a small bowl, stir the water with the yeast and sugar. Wait about 5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve well in the water and foam. In the meantime, mix the wholemeal flour with the salt in a larger bowl. Make a chill in the middle and add the water with the dissolved yeast. Stir well until a smooth, sticky dough is formed. Spread some flour on a countertop and start to knead the dough. They should do this for about 5 minutes, so that it is no longer sticky and can be easily molded. You can also add flour or water if the dough still seems too sticky or too dry for you. Next, you should distribute some oil in a large bowl. Form the finished dough into a ball and place it inside. Cover the bowl with cling film or a damp cloth, place in a warm place and wait about 45 minutes. During this time, the pizza dough should be twice as big. Then put some flour on the worktop and knead the dough a second time for about 2 minutes until it gets its previous size. The next step is to roll out the vegan pizza. The dough will be sufficient for two pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm, or for 5-6 mini-pizzas. Take two round bakeware and fill in the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes, then add the topping and bake for another 10 minutes. Already finished!
