Baking vegan chocolate cake – healthy and delicious







Making vegan chocolate cake is actually not as easy as it seems at first glance. Of course, the most important thing is not to use animal products, there are many foods of plant origin in the market, but they contain lactose or animal fats and you should avoid them. So firstly, you should always read the table of contents well before you buy the specific product. If you have the desire to try our recipes yourself, you should find the most important ingredient, without a vegan chocolate cake can hardly be prepared – it is, of course, to chocolate without milk. In the larger supermarkets, there are special stands for vegan foods, free of animal components, which can make their job much easier. For our first recipe you need the following: 250g birch sugar (xylitol), 100g vegan dark chocolate, 300g dark flour, 125ml sunflower oil, 400ml water, a packet of baking soda, a packet of vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder and some icing sugar. The preparation is really easy: melt the chocolate in a water bath and grease a medium-sized baking pan with a little Ӧl well. Stir the chocolate with the other ingredients in a large bowl and put the dough into the pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 175 ° C, let the cake cool and sprinkle with some powdered sugar. Finished!

Vegan chocolate cake with hazelnuts

A vegan chocolate cake with nuts can be prepared just as quickly and easily. You need: 250g dark flour, 250g cane sugar, 250g ground hazelnuts, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, 150ml cold coffee, 150ml hazelnut drink, 50g vegan margarine, 1 packet vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Set the oven to 180 ° C, grease a medium baking pan with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Mix the flour, sugar, hazelnuts, vanilla extract, cocoa and salt in a large bowl. Add the coffee and the hazelnut drink with constant stirring and finally the margarine in small pieces. Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake the cake in the pre-oven for about an hour.

Vegan chocolate cherry cake

You need the following ingredients: 150g cane sugar, 200g ground almonds, 250g flour, 1-2 hands full of cherries, one ripe banana (crushed), 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 100ml coconut oil, 250ml Spelled drink, 6 tablespoons cocoa powder and about 40g cocoa nibs. For the chocolate icing of the cake you need in addition: 2 tablespoons Ahormsirup, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 50ml coconut oil (liquid) and ½ teaspoon flour. Set the oven to 180 ° C and mix in a large bowl all the ingredients for the dough except the cherries and cocoa nibs. Grease a large springform pan with a little coconut oil and fill it with the finished dough. Then you should wash the cherries, core them and cut in half, and press the halves into the cake topping. Sprinkle with the cocoa nibs and bake the cake in the pre-oven for about 35 minutes. Then let the cake cool for about 20 minutes and mix in a small bowl the ingredients for the chocolate icing. Vegan mug cake with chocolate

The vegan mug with chocolates is not only delicious, but really fast! For two cups you will need: 4 tablespoons flour, 40g vegan dark chocolate (melted), 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 8 tablespoons soya yogurt and two pinches of salt. The preparation is really easy – you should just mix all the ingredients to a smooth dough, put it in two matching porcelain cups and bake the cake in the microwave at 800 watts for 2 minutes.
