• 500g tomatoes, cut into pieces
• 40g tomato paste
• 100g carrot in pieces
• 20g olive oil
• a toe garlic
• a teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of sugar
• a teaspoon of basil, fresh
• a pinch of pepper
• one teaspoon of broth powder

Set the device to level 5 and chop the garlic and carrot for about 5 seconds. Add the olive oil and let the ingredients ferment at level 2 for about 3 minutes. Then you should add the tomato paste to the mix pot, and after two minutes, add all the other ingredients – the tomatoes, the salt, the sugar, the broth powder, the basil and the pepper. Boil the sauce for 10 minutes at level 2 and finally puree for about 30 seconds at level 6. Already done!
