This exercise is perfect for a butt workout at home and is not that hard. At the Po exercise bridge, place your arms parallel to the body on the floor. The palms should point downwards. Put your legs up at an angle. Lift your pelvis so that the body forms a bridge. Hold and lower for 8-10 seconds. Do not put your butt on the mat. Repeat 12 times.
