Making Frozen Motifs: Elsa Pie Instructions
Step 1: The most important thing about motif cakes is the fondant
You can buy the fondant or prepare it yourself at home. You need the following ingredients:
- 750 grams of finely sifted powdered sugar
- 20 grams of glucose
- 9 grams of gelatin
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 20 ml of water (additional)
- 90 grams of Palmin
Step 2: Decorate with frosting
When decorating the frosting must still be moist and warm. Then pour a little granulated sugar so that it looks like snow. Do the same on the lower floors.
Color the piping gel in blue and apply it to the cake by starting from the back.
Take a few ice cones of different sizes and decorate with a green frosting as in the picture. Use it to make some firs on the right side of the cake.
Put on with the white frosting. Place the three big white trees on the cake board, add the medium and the little ones to the second floor.
Then of course the Elsa should have made a lot of ice for the cake, and really nice blue ice. The ice cream you do with Isomalt.
