75 grams of sugar;

Vanilla sugar;

10 tablespoons buttermilk;

1 pinch of salt;

3 tbsp almond flakes;

Rubbed lemon peel;

some flour for the work surface;

Baking paper;

How can you prepare sweet Easter plait for the Easter table yourself?


First, cook 3 eggs hard! Quench and cool!

Mix the buttermilk, quark, oil, sugar, vanillin sugar, lemon zest and salt with the whisk!

Then mix flour and baking powder! Knead remaining flour with the kneading hooks of the hand mixer!

Knead the dough with your hands for a short time!

Make 2/3 of the dough into 3 sticks and braid it!

Hard boiled eggs with enough distance in the braid press!

Roll the rest of the dough over some flour to two thin strands! Then shape it into a loop!
